Kyle Sirois is an associate at the ExCo Group. Kyle plays a key role in supporting the operations team with project management, day-to-day and large-scale project scheduling, travel planning, venue logistical coordination, event planning, and other crucial administrative needs for the ExCo Group.
Prior to joining The ExCo Group, Kyle worked as a shift manager at Starbucks for 5 years, connecting with people over his love of coffee. After he left Starbucks, he joined Sherwin-Williams as a store manager where he found enjoyment in working on making operations more efficient to elevate the customer experience.
Kyle spends his weekends working as a wedding and event planning assistant or capturing moments with his camera in the DMV area. He is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Global Logistics Management.
