Helen Jennings is Senior Director – EMEA Operations at The ExCo Group where she supports customers, clients and mentors across global engagements to elevate leadership performance and accelerate strategic outcomes.

Known for driving operational excellence and her collaborative, people-centric approach, Helen strengthens strategic client partnerships and empowers mentors and teams to deliver outstanding experiences across diverse markets.

Career History

Prior to joining the ExCo Group, Helen was Operations Manager for a global executive mentoring firm where she was responsible for managing daily operations across their portfolio of businesses and for driving service excellence across all regions. She also has experience working as an Executive Assistant in various sectors, as well as teaching English in Turkey and Vietnam.

Personal

Helen lives in London with her husband and two young children. She enjoys painting, reading, and taking part in long distance open water swimming events. She has a degree in English Literature & Creative Writing from University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
