Overview
Allyn is a Senior Director at The ExCo Group, supporting our team in leadership assessments and succession planning. In addition to writing leadership assessments, Chambliss also collaborates with other members of the professional team to create key deliverables for executive leaders.
Career History
Prior to joining the ExCo Group, Allyn served as Organizational Culture Consultant for Drive, a culture consultancy firm specializing in the senior living industry. In her role, she led clients through cultural and leadership assessments and advised on cultural transformation action plans. In addition, she created monthly content centered on cultural transformation through values.
Prior to her work at Drive, Allyn spent 14 years at Barrett Values Centre, an organization specializing in culture and leadership assessments. She served in various roles, including Director of Customer Success, where she contributed to product development and led a team of assessment consultants serving a global client base. Allyn is certified with the Barrett Values Centre to administer and debrief both Cultural and Leadership Values Assessments. She is also certified in Appreciative Inquiry.
She began her career in the fields of retail management and retail banking.
Personal
Allyn is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received a BA in Journalism. She currently resides in Asheville, NC with her husband and daughter.
