Brianna Robinson is a Senior Finance Business Partner at The ExCo Group, where she combines analytical precision with big picture thinking to advance the firm’s financial strategy. Brianna partners closely with ExCo’s leadership team on financial reporting and storytelling, account-level analytics, and enterprise planning—strengthening the firm’s financial narrative and ensuring the business has the visibility, transparency, and strategic clarity it needs to grow with intention.

Career History

Brianna’s career spans senior financial and operational roles across professional services, education, and global financial institutions. Before joining The ExCo Group, she was a Senior FP&A Analyst for the Customer Success and Operations division at TriNet, where she developed financial models, supported enterprise forecasting, enhanced reporting processes, and mentored analysts across global teams. Prior to that, she worked in Human Resources for Howard County Public Schools on the Position Control and Staffing team, supporting resource allocation, staffing integrity, and operational process improvements.

She began her career at Morgan Stanley, spending nearly a decade in progressively senior roles within Global Operations and Wealth Management Operations. There, she managed budgeting cycles, built and enhanced reporting frameworks, supported workforce planning initiatives, and partnered with senior leaders to drive data-informed operational decisions. Brianna also led diversity recruiting efforts for one of the firm’s target universities, contributing to broader campus recruiting initiatives. Across all roles, Brianna is known for her ability to bring clarity to complexity, build systems that last, and partner with leaders to strengthen financial discipline and operational excellence.

Personal

Originally from a small town in Kentucky, Brianna holds an MBA with a concentration in International Business from Loyola University Maryland, where she also completed a study abroad program in Santiago, Chile, focused on the international marketing efforts of local corporations and small businesses. She also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University, with concentrations in marketing and psychology.

Outside of work, Brianna enjoys traveling, exploring new experiences, and serving in her church. She regularly hosts small groups focused on marriage and family—spaces where she finds joy in connection, encouragement, and community building. At home, she proudly belongs to the “we have coffee at home” crew and loves experimenting with new espresso-based concoctions on her machine. Brianna is also a published author; her self-help book, The Replacement Theory: The Power of Pain and Prayer, reflects her passion for personal growth, reflection, and encouraging others beyond her professional work. She currently resides in southern Maryland with her husband and their two young children, who keep life lively, grounded, and full of meaning.
