Career History

Jenny is a seasoned HR and talent strategy leader with a strong record of partnering with executive leadership teams to shape and execute enterprise talent agendas. Prior to joining The ExCo Group, she served as VP, Sr Director, Executive Talent and Development at Liberty Mutual, where she led teams responsible for ensuring a robust talent pipeline at senior levels and across the organization.

Across the financial services, medical device, industrial manufacturing, and technology sectors, Jenny has led succession, performance, and leadership development practices—partnering with senior leaders to strengthen leadership readiness, enable business transformation, and accelerate performance. She brings a pragmatic understanding of how talent systems drive culture, support strategy execution, and build long-term organizational capability.

Personal

A lifelong learner, Jenny holds an MBA, a BA, and multiple business and leadership certifications. She is passionate about helping others grow—whether supporting executives as they navigate complex leadership challenges or coaching young athletes to build confidence, resilience, and teamwork.

Jenny lives outside of Boston with her husband, two sons, and their goldendoodle, Murphy. She is actively involved in her local community as a volunteer and youth sports coach, and she prioritizes fitness through yoga, cycling, and running. In her downtime, she enjoys puzzles and a great mystery novel.
