Overview
Lia is an Account Manager at The ExCo Group. She plays a key role in driving the engagement process in support of our work with customers. She regularly interfaces with customers and mentors and helps with the overall management of our account activity. In addition, she partners with the professional team to develop customer reports and proposals and provides project management support for customer projects.
Personal
Prior to joining The ExCo Group, Lia was a Recruiting and Marketing Specialist at Liberty Language Services.
Lia is a graduate of George Mason University where she studied Leadership and Organizational Development in the School of Integrative Studies. During her time in school, she was involved with several organizations focused on women’s leadership and empowerment. Outside of work, Lia enjoys dancing and is a member of the DMV-based dance crew Hyperspace Command Force.
