Overview
Mary Boland is the Chief Innovation Officer at The ExCo Group. In her role, she collaborates with People and Talent Officers to build strategy-specific leadership playbooks that will prepare exceptional leaders today and tomorrow. Additionally, she identifies emerging trends from the firm’s coaching, team building, and assessment practices in order to generate leading-edge talent solutions that will accelerate leadership effectiveness. Mary is a member of ExCo’s leadership team.
Career History
Prior, Mary was Head of Executive Assessments for ExCo where she was responsible for building out the firm’s approach to providing tangible feedback and data-driven insights for leaders, managers, HR, and ultimately, the enterprise. She joined ExCo as an associate in the Washington, DC office.
