Overview

Sarah Noonan is an Associate at The ExCo Group, where she supports the assessment practice and other leadership consulting projects. She analyzes interview and survey data and compiles key themes into actionable reports for the client.

Career History

Before joining The ExCo Group, Sarah was a Personnel Psychologist at C2 Technologies and served as a federal contractor for the United States Secret Service. She developed and validated a wide range of entry-level assessments for law enforcement officials. Her tenure also included facilitating training sessions and workshops for potential test administrators and conducting quarterly analyses of the performance of all entry-level assessments.

Her experience also includes a corporate HR internship at Cencora Inc. In this role, she evaluated the effectiveness and satisfaction with their Leadership Development Rotational Program and offered recommendations to further improve the program.

Personal

Sarah completed her undergraduate studies at Georgia Southern University, where she earned a BS in Psychology and a BS in Sociology. She played four years of Division I golf at GSU and served as captain her senior year. She also earned a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a Certificate in Leadership in Organizations from East Carolina University. She was born in Eutin, Germany, and grew up in Vero Beach, Florida. In her free time, Sarah enjoys playing golf, volunteering with animal rescue organizations, cooking, and running. She currently resides in Washington, DC.
