Overview
Elle Prillaman is an Associate at The ExCo Group where she plays a key role in supporting our assessment practice and select consulting projects. She regularly develops and analyzes interview and survey data, and assists in compiling key themes and reports. In her role, she helps manage end-to-end project execution and partners with key executives to identify emerging patterns across our work.
Personal
Elle holds a Cognitive and Behavioral Science degree with a minor in Creative Writing from Washington and Lee University. She was a member and captain of the women’s soccer team and studied abroad in Vienna, Austria.
Elle furthered her education with a M.S. in Commerce at UVA McIntire, with a concentration in Business Analytics. After graduate school, she explored the Yellowstone and Grand Teton areas and traveled to New Zealand.
As a former student-athlete, Elle loves to stay active, whether running, cycling, or playing soccer. She spends her leisure time sharing meaningful experiences with friends and family. Elle has a passion for travel and outdoor recreation and enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, and fly fishing.
