Overview

Elle is the Chief of Staff to the President and Chief eXperience Officer at The ExCo Group where she oversees strategic priorities and helps develop the infrastructure required to meet the operational needs of the business. In this role, she regularly partners with all members of the professional team. In addition, Elle supports select team facilitation opportunities, providing end-to-end project management, capturing insights generated during engagements, and developing customer deliverables.

Elle has been a contributor in our assessment practice, analyzing interview and survey data, identifying key themes / patterns, and compiling reports. Further, she has supported The ExCo Group’s CEO, David Reimer, in his role as Executive Editor for The Professional Journal of the SHRM Executive Network, People + Strategy. Her responsibilities include working with contributors, helping manage editorial timelines, assisting in the review process, and promoting content through social media channels.

Personal

Elle holds a Cognitive and Behavioral Science degree with a minor in Creative Writing from Washington and Lee University. She furthered her education with a M.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Business Analytics at UVA McIntire. As an undergraduate, she was a member and captain of the women’s soccer team. Elle has a passion for travel and has lived in Vienna, Austria, the greater Yellowstone area, and New Zealand. She currently resides in Alexandria, VA.
