Overview

Kara is the Director of Operations at The ExCo Group. She leads the planning and execution of assessments. She works with customers on the end-to-end operational delivery of assessment projects.

Career History

Kara’s career has spanned several industries, including financial services and hospitality. She began her career as a CPA, working in audit with KPMG in the greater New York area. She then moved to the mountains of Colorado, where she managed a Vacation Rental Management office and taught ski lessons. Her next career opportunity brought her to a small Mergers & Acquisitions Consulting firm, where she helped the firm build and scale a team that managed buy-side transactions, primarily in healthcare.

Personal

Kara graduated from The College of New Jersey, where she studied Accounting. Outside work, Kara is passionate about skiing, mountain biking, and spending time with friends and family.
