She works closely with clients to understand their strategic context and leadership imperatives, ensuring the right alignment between customer needs and The ExCo Group’s global mentor community. Known for her curiosity, strategic insight, and relationship‑driven approach, Laura builds deep, trusted partnerships that enable leaders to achieve meaningful impact.

Career History

Laura brings broad experience as a leadership strategist, coach, and advisor. Before joining The ExCo Group, she founded and led a successful leadership coaching practice, supporting executives across the public and private sectors, as well as higher education. Previously, at Booz Allen Hamilton, she designed and delivered innovative leadership development programs for frontline and emerging leaders.

Her background spans employee experience strategy, organizational change management, culture transformation, and strategic communications. Earlier in her career, Laura held roles guiding clients in stakeholder engagement, narrative development, and change leadership. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and has been invited to speak and facilitate workshops on leadership identity, communication, emotional intelligence, and team effectiveness.

Personal

A Washington, D.C. native, Laura earned her bachelor’s degree from Tulane University. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, two teenagers, and two rescue dogs.
