Overview
May is a Leadership Development Consultant – Senior Associate at The ExCo Group where she supports our team in leadership assessment, succession planning, project management, and content development. She also works with other members of the professional team to create reports and key deliverables for leaders.
Prior to joining The ExCo Group, May was an Operations Coordinator for a private Oral and Maxillofacial surgery practice.
Personal
May is a graduate of Rafael Urdaneta University (Venezuela) where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Her previous experience includes practicing as a licensed clinical psychotherapist and working in a private clinic providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to clients. She was also a founding member of a non-profit organization dedicated to the accompaniment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients in her hometown city. May is fluent in Spanish and currently resides in Washington, DC with her wife, Laura.
