Tintin Hsieh


Tintin is anConsultant & Customer Success Manager at The ExCo Group where her primary responsibilities include project management on select customer projects and leadership assessment for individual clients. She works in partnership with the Director of Assessment Services and Senior Vice President of The ExCo Group to ensure accurate assessment and delivery of leadership insights.


Tintin graduated from New York University with a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Her previous experience includes cognitive psychology research on attention span, people analytics at a boutique consultancy, and HR strategic support for a global non-profit. She was also one of the presidents of NYU’s HCM student consulting group. She is fluent in Mandarin.
